The Role of Senior Landscape Architect

Omrania is seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Landscape Architect to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves day-to-day team management and design implementation across various Landscape Architecture projects, from initial design stages through technical development to construction documentation. The Senior Landscape Architect will support the effective administration of projects under the leadership of the Design Manager and Director/Head of Department, contributing to the company's image and values within the group.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Design Manager (DM) in the technical management of projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Lead teams of Architects throughout the project design stages.
• Lead the delivery of mid-size projects while providing specialist technical expertise during design.
• Implement the project execution plan and Design Management plan.
• Maintain quality controls and design checks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors, to manage expectations and ensure project success.
• Participate in the preparation of proposals, specifically in identifying scope, design methodology, design management plans, deliverables, and design budgets.
• Contribute to the preparation of project documentation such as Minutes of Meeting (MOM), Design Change logs, Coordination logs, and Risk registers, as specified in the list of deliverables.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in Landscape Architecture.
• Demonstrated experience in managing design implementation from early stages through to construction documentation.
• Proven ability to lead design teams and deliver projects effectively.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a highly collaborative environment, focusing on detailed design while maintaining a comprehensive project perspective.
