Qiddiya Investment Company is developing a prominent entertainment destination. The company is seeking a Senior Manager - Interface Management to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This is a full-time position.

Role Overview

The Senior Manager - Interface Management will oversee stakeholder engagement for the Roads Program. This role involves ensuring that all engagement efforts align with the company's vision and operational goals. The position requires a comprehensive understanding of infrastructure projects, strong communication skills, and the ability to establish and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive engagement strategies for various stakeholders, including government entities, local communities, and project partners involved in the Roads Program.
• Lead the creation of communication materials, such as reports and presentations, to articulate the program's progress, impacts, and value to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential conflicts through proactive communication and negotiation, addressing stakeholder concerns promptly and effectively.
• Track stakeholder engagement activities, measure satisfaction, and report outcomes to senior management to guide decision-making.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate stakeholder feedback into project planning and execution phases.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior team members to foster excellence in stakeholder engagement within the Roads Program.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory environments, and stakeholder sentiments to inform engagement strategies and align with best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of infrastructure projects.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Proven capacity to build and maintain relationships across various stakeholders.
