Penta Consulting is a technology service provider and a leading outsourced partner that delivers professional and managed solutions across EMEA. The company is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for a full-time position.

Role Overview

The Senior Network Engineer will join a skilled team focused on delivering complex network transformation projects for telecommunications and service provider organizations. This role involves designing, implementing, optimizing, and supporting large-scale Service Provider infrastructures built around advanced networking technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, plan, implement, and optimize Cisco Service Provider solutions for enterprise and telecom customers.
• Develop technical documentation, including High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), Bills of Quantities (BoQs), Network Implementation Plans (NIPs), and migration strategies.
• Lead customer workshops, technical reviews, and stakeholder meetings, providing expert guidance on network architecture and project delivery.
• Manage the technical direction of projects, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful outcomes.
• Architect and deliver complex MPLS, Segment Routing (SR), and SRv6 deployments and migrations.
• Participate in large-scale network transformation programs involving IPv4, IPv6, BGP, OSPF, ISIS, Traffic Engineering, and advanced routing technologies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing strategic recommendations on network evolution and future technology trends.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex cross-technology issues across multi-vendor environments.
• Support project managers with project planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and delivery governance.
• Mentor junior consultants and engineers while driving technical excellence across project teams.

Required Experience and Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of professional services experience within a Service Provider environment.
• Proficiency in MPLS, Segment Routing, SRv6, BGP, OSPF, and ISIS.
• Experience with next-generation network architectures.
• Ability to design, implement, optimize, and support large-scale Service Provider infrastructures.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, working within a highly skilled team on complex network transformation projects.
