Senior Planning Engineer

About the Role

Aroma City Group is seeking a Senior Planning Engineer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, specifically within large-scale mixed-use and infrastructure projects. The role offers a salary of up to 24,000 SAR.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain baseline and updated project schedules using Primavera P6 for large-scale mixed-use and infrastructure projects.
• Monitor project progress against the baseline, conduct critical path analysis, and recommend recovery measures for potential delays.
• Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly progress reports, look-ahead schedules, S-curves, and dashboards for management review.
• Review contractor and subcontractor programmes to ensure compliance, logical sequencing, and accuracy.
• Perform schedule risk and delay analyses, and provide support for Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
• Coordinate effectively with project managers, design, procurement, and site teams to align resources and project milestones.
• Lead planning coordination meetings and provide guidance to junior planning engineers.

Required Experience and Skills

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 for developing and managing project schedules.
• Demonstrated experience with large-scale mixed-use and infrastructure projects.
• Strong analytical skills for critical path analysis, risk assessment, and delay analysis.
• Ability to prepare detailed progress reports and presentations for various stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.
