Aqua-Tots Water Safety Instructor (Swimming Coach):
Join Aqua-Tots Swim School and become a vital part of our team dedicated to teaching children the joy of swimming. This role involves working 48 hours per week, with Fridays potentially being a working day on special occasions. Your shifts will be assigned based on seasonal demands and customer needs.

Position Objective:
As a Swimming Coach, you will collaborate with the general manager, aquatic manager, and aquatic staff to oversee daily aquatic operations, ensuring our core values are upheld while enhancing customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth.

Customer Service Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome customers as they arrive at the facility.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Build strong relationships with families by remembering their names.
• Address any customer concerns patiently and professionally.
• Escalate unresolved issues to management.
• Exemplify exceptional customer service in all interactions.

Key Duties:

• Promote Aqua-Tots Swim Schools Core Values.
• Arrive at work at least 15 minutes early for each shift.
• Wear the designated uniform at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of teaching areas.
• Adhere to water safety policies.
• Teach swimming lessons according to the Aqua-Tots curriculum.
• Provide informative feedback to parents on children’s progress.
• Participate in mandatory training and staff meetings.
