We are excited to announce a job opening for the position of Storekeeper (Warehouse) in Riyadh. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse operations, particularly in managing spare parts and workshop supplies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in inventory management and a keen ability to organize and track stock effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the receipt and inspection of incoming spare parts and workshop materials.
  • Ensure proper organization of warehouse stock for easy access and retrieval.
  • Utilize inventory management systems to maintain accurate records of stock levels.
  • Prepare and process orders for outgoing shipments of spare parts.
  • Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with workshop teams to understand inventory needs and supply requirements.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse environment.
  • Assist in training new staff on inventory control procedures and best practices.
  • Report any inventory issues or damages to management promptly.

Preferred Candidate:
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations, particularly with spare parts.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in using inventory management software and tools.
  • Physical stamina to handle lifting and moving of goods.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment and changing priorities.
