The Technical Support Officer position at United Motors Company offers an exciting opportunity to provide essential technical assistance and support to our customers and internal teams. This role focuses on ensuring the seamless operation of our technical systems and delivering exceptional customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to customers, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues through various communication channels such as phone, email, or in person. Document and track all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • System Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Monitor and maintain hardware, software, and network infrastructure; perform routine maintenance tasks including updates and backups; and troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with IT or external vendors.
  • Training and Documentation: Develop training materials to educate customers and internal teams, conduct workshops to improve technical skills, and create/update user manuals and other documentation.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by listening to concerns and resolving issues promptly. Maintain professionalism in all customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues appropriately for further action.

Minimum Requirements for the Role
  • University Degree in Engineering
  • 4 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel), and fluent in English
  • Experienced in people and performance management, and knowledgeable in marketing principles and practices
