UH M Non Rated Crewmember (NRCM)

About the Role

GDC Middle East (الشركة السعودية لتهيئة وصيانة الطائرات) is seeking a UH60M Non-Rated Crewmember (NRCM) to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves performing duties as an NRCM in the UH-60M Aircraft and supporting simulation devices, ensuring compliance with the MNG-AVN Aircrew Training Manual (ATM).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform duties as a non-rated crewmember in the UH-60M Aircraft in accordance with the MNG-AVN UH-60M ATM and specific unit ATP guidelines.
• Participate in the NRCM Training Program as per customer guidance.
• Verify and confirm that all required flight training publications are current and complete.
• Conduct individual tasks during day, night, night vision goggle (NVG), and instrument flight rules (IFR) conditions.
• Assist Flight Instructors/Standardization Instructors (FI/SIs) with the NRCM program through realistic mission training under local environmental conditions, including dust landings and weather-specific desert training.
• Attend meetings with customers as required.
• Recommend aviation NRCM appointments to customer leadership.
• Attend regularly scheduled Aviation Safety Council meetings as a member of the council.
• Attend and provide training and mission planning input to the weekly Production Control and Operations meeting.
• Provide direct interface and daily status reports between staff for training status, mission assignments, mission planning, and crew status.

Training and Development

The role involves active participation in academic instruction to support flight training across all applicable topics. This includes engaging in preflight briefings, post-flight debriefings, and after-action reviews (AAR) to ensure comprehensive understanding of training conducted. The NRCM may also assist NRCM Instructors in maintaining flight training records in compliance with MNG-AVN regulations and local guidance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience Required: 0-1 years.
• Demonstrated ability to perform non-rated crewmember duties in the UH-60M Aircraft.
• Familiarity with the MNG-AVN Aircrew Training Manual (ATM) and relevant regulations.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires performing duties in both aircraft and simulation device environments, with exposure to various flight conditions including day, night, NVG, and IFR operations, as well as local environmental challenges such as dust landings.

Additional Duties

The UH60M Non-Rated Crewmember will also perform other duties as required by supervisors and the Director Brigade Flight Training.
