Key Responsibilities:
- Familiarize yourself with all food and beverage items on the outlet menu.
- Prepare the outlet for operation including mise-en-place and setting tables.
- Take food and beverage orders, upselling where possible.
- Utilize point-of-sales systems accurately.
- Serve food and beverages following the established standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at all times.
- Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Accommodate special requests from guests.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a luxury hotel or established restaurant is preferred.
- Energetic, fun personality with a passion for hospitality.
- Fluency in English; Arabic and French are preferred.
