Areas of Responsibility: You will be part of our Café Boulud restaurant, known for its elegant dining.
What We Look For: You should possess knowledge of food and beverage menu items, strong communication skills, and a friendly demeanor. Previous experience in a food service or hospitality environment is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Familiarize yourself with all food and beverage items on the outlet menu.
• Prepare the outlet for operation including mise-en-place and setting tables.
• Take food and beverage orders, upselling where possible.
• Utilize point-of-sales systems accurately.
• Serve food and beverages following the established standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at all times.
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Accommodate special requests from guests.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a luxury hotel or established restaurant is preferred.
• Energetic, fun personality with a passion for hospitality.
• Fluency in English; Arabic and French are preferred.
