The Position:
We are looking for a Warehouse Specialist to manage our warehouse operations efficiently. As a part of our team, your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving and reconciling all spare parts with supporting documents.
• Issuing spare parts against authorized requisition forms and adjusting stock accordingly.
• Coordinating communications and deliveries with couriers.
• Maintaining a clean and orderly storeroom.
• Controlling access to spare parts for security.
• Conducting checks between records and actual stock to investigate discrepancies.
• Managing annual stock counts and cycle counts.
• Initiating the return process for repairable parts.

Who You Are:
You should have:

• At least one year of warehouse experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Knowledge of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
• Strong English communication and writing skills.
• Familiarity with Google email and sheets.

A warehouse specialist is needed to work in a leading company, where they will be responsible for managing and organizing warehouses and ensuring the efficiency of logistics operations. The candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in warehouse management and hold a diploma or university degree in business administration or its equivalent. At Saudi International Travel Company, we are committed to providing exceptional travel and tourism services. As a Call Center Specialist, you will play a vital role in our operations by assisting customers with their travel needs and offering tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research various destinations and travel options, including routes, prices, reviews, and visa information.
• Organize end-to-end travel itineraries, including air tickets, hotel bookings, visa processes, and car rentals.
• Utilize interpersonal communication and sales techniques to converse with customers regarding their travel requirements.
• Plan and sell itinerary tour packages and promotional travel packages offered by various travel suppliers.
• Assess clients’ needs and suggest suitable travel packages or services.
• Handle all aspects of travel arrangements from start to finish.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in an airline or an IATA-approved travel agency.
• Excellent command of computer skills (MS Office & web-based applications).
• Experience with GDS (preferably Amadeus) and B2B supplier systems.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• IATA/UFTAA certification is preferred.
