Tasnee, established in 1985, is a leader in the Saudi private sector, aiming to advance economic diversification. We are currently seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to join our team in Riyadh.

Position Summary:
The Sales Representative will support the Sales Section Head by relieving them of administrative tasks, allowing for a focus on sales priorities.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution and monitoring of sales activities to meet targets.
• Issue Proforma Invoices and Sales Orders per the sales plan.
• Ensure payments are processed and verified.
• Provide product information and support to agents and customers.
• Update sales orders and shipment information in the database.
• Maintain good business relationships in the market.
• Coordinate with logistics, customer service, and finance departments for timely sales completion.

Minimum Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical/Industrial
- Minimum of 2 years of experience

Monthly sales goal achievement. Welcoming all customers directly upon entering the showroom. Dealing with customer complaints positively, trying to resolve the issue and escalating the matter to the direct manager if the solution is not found. Handling exchange and return requests for all customers according to the applicable instructions and following the instructions regarding reserving merchandise. Providing high-level customer service through treating the customer professionally, listening to the customer, giving them the necessary attention, following the five principles of customer service, and continuous communication with the customer via phone, text messages, and mail, as well as all available methods, and keeping the customer informed of all new goods and services. Maintaining cleanliness in the workplace. Maintaining a neat appearance and adhering to the complete official dress code. Following management instructions regarding work laws that have been previously issued, such as (circulars regarding working hours, breaks, meal times and places, vacations, etc.). Working with other department colleagues in the periodic inventory process. Continuously educating oneself to increase knowledge of goods and products. Following the company's safety and security instructions and fully cooperating with the security department regarding this matter. Working to attract new customers, maintaining current customers, and working to bring back old customers (who have stopped purchasing for various reasons) and encouraging them to return to buying. Continuously organizing merchandise in the showroom and returning it to its natural state after completing the sale process and displaying the pieces that have been sold from the showroom from the warehouse stock. Reviewing issues that hinder workflow with the showroom manager for resolution. Following all instructions issued by the management.
