We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused Revenue professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and confirm guest room reservations made by clients via phone, letter, or fax.
  • Input all reservations into the computer, recording all pertinent information and attend to inquiries, complaints, and requests regarding reservations.
  • Stay updated with all promotions in and around the hotel, following established procedures for processing room reservations, rates, confirmations, and hotel facilities.
  • Maintain an established filing system for all correspondence and collate reports as required by the Reservations Manager or Supervisor.
  • Ensure all incoming calls are answered according to Rotana standards, and check constantly the incoming e-mails.
  • Organize visa requests for hotel guests as per hotel policy and up-sell whenever an opportunity is identified.

Qualifications:
  • A diploma/degree within the hospitality field with previous experience in hotel reservations.
  • Proficient in computer tasks and possess excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English; additional language skills are an asset.

  • Ability to work independently while establishing effective relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Competencies in teamwork, taking responsibility, recognizing differences, adaptability, and customer focus.

  • Excellent command of English and professional telephone etiquette.
  • Typing skills of approximately 40 words per minute.
  • Experience with Property Management Systems (Opera) and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
