Position Summary
As a Waiter at Courtyard by Marriott Jazan, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your responsibilities will include serving food courses and alcoholic beverages, setting tables according to event types, and answering menu-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve food and beverages to guests.
• Set tables according to type of event and service standards.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen regarding menu questions, orders, and product availability.
• Record transactions accurately in the MICROS system.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and dining equipment.
• Complete closing duties and restock necessary items.

Standards and Policies:
Adhere to all company safety and security policies, report any accidents or unsafe conditions, and maintain a clean professional appearance. You will also engage with guests in a friendly manner and assist those with special needs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
