Job Requirements:

  • Experience in field sales, preferably in the software or medical services sector.
  • Ability to persuade and negotiate with different clients.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Ownership of a car or means of transportation to reach client locations.
  • Commitment to work evening field hours.


Responsibilities:

  • Accessing medical clinics and direct communication with decision makers to present and showcase the software advantages.
  • Completing sales negotiations on subscriptions and contracts with interested clinics.
  • Follow-up with potential clients and building strong relationships to ensure the completion of sales.
  • Achieving sales targets and increasing the client base.

**Key Responsibilities**  

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including architects, developers, and designers.  

- Manage the entire sales cycle, from generating opportunities to negotiating contracts and delivering the project.  

- Collaborate with the production team to ensure projects are executed according to customer specifications and timelines.  

- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.  

- Provide specialized consulting on marble and granite solutions tailored to customer needs.  

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.  


**Qualifications**  

- **At least 3 years of experience** in project sales, especially in the **marble and stone industry**, with a strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market.  

- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and project deadlines.  

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.  

- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.  

- In-depth knowledge of stone cutting and manufacturing and its applications in construction and design.  

- **Fluency in English** (both written and spoken) is essential, and proficiency in Arabic is a plus.  

- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.  

- Able to work independently and effectively within a team, with self-motivation and a focus on results.
