Skills and Experience Required:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or operations within the beauty, retail, or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the beauty industry.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Join Our Team as a Retail Store Manager!
We are seeking a results-driven Retail Store Manager for our Riyadh location, responsible for overseeing the overall store management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and direct the day-to-day operations of the store.
• Ensure sales targets are achieved through effective management of sales and services, store operations, and product management.
• Set clear objectives for the team and measure their performance using KPIs such as ATV, IPC, and conversion rates.
• Analyze weekly commercial reports and take necessary actions to maximize sales.
• Plan and coordinate any upcoming sales and promotional activities, ensuring stock availability and compliance with store requirements.
• Address and resolve any issues that arise from staff or customers, including complaints and grievances.
• Complete store administration and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Communicate stock replenishment needs to the Operations Manager and other relevant departments.
• Maintain high store standards and foster a positive working environment.
• Participate in the review of new concepts and assist in the opening of new stores.
• Demonstrate good judgment and make quick decisions when necessary.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a retail store manager in Lifestyle Retail.
• Candidates must be currently located in KSA.
