As a Reservations Agent, you will be integral to our guest experience, ensuring satisfaction from the first interaction through their stay. Our brand’s commitment to excellence and hospitality creates a dynamic work environment.

General Responsibilities:
  • Understand and comply with all corporate and hotel policies and standard procedures.
  • Support learning and development activities.
  • Safeguard guest and company information.
  • Ensure the highest standards of customer service are upheld.

Departmental Duties:
  • Answer hotel’s main telephone and connect guests and colleagues.
  • Process and confirm guest reservations for Rooms, F&B, and Spa.
  • Accommodate special requests and provide in-depth knowledge of hotel services.
  • Maintain accurate records of all reservations.

Customer Focus:
  • Deliver service excellence throughout each customer experience.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and team members.
  • Handle guest complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.

Colleague Relations:
  • Foster positive employee relations and demonstrate our values.
  • Communicate effectively with all departments.

Sustainable Responsibilities:
  • Implement eco-friendly practices and educate on sustainability initiatives.
