As a Reservations Agent, you will be integral to our guest experience, ensuring satisfaction from the first interaction through their stay. Our brand’s commitment to excellence and hospitality creates a dynamic work environment.
General Responsibilities:
- Understand and comply with all corporate and hotel policies and standard procedures.
- Support learning and development activities.
- Safeguard guest and company information.
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service are upheld.
Departmental Duties:
- Answer hotel’s main telephone and connect guests and colleagues.
- Process and confirm guest reservations for Rooms, F&B, and Spa.
- Accommodate special requests and provide in-depth knowledge of hotel services.
- Maintain accurate records of all reservations.
Customer Focus:
- Deliver service excellence throughout each customer experience.
- Build strong relationships with customers and team members.
- Handle guest complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
Colleague Relations:
- Foster positive employee relations and demonstrate our values.
- Communicate effectively with all departments.
Sustainable Responsibilities:
- Implement eco-friendly practices and educate on sustainability initiatives.
