At Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, we are looking for passionate and high-spirited individuals to be part of the pre-opening team at Kimpton Riyadh, the first Kimpton hotel in the Middle East. About the Role:
As a Barista, your role will encompass various daily tasks that contribute to the overall guest experience. From preparing high-quality coffee beverages to ensuring a clean and inviting coffee station, your attention to detail will make a difference. You will engage with guests, take orders, and provide personalized recommendations, creating memorable interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Opening Procedures: Set up the coffee station and check inventory levels.
• Beverage Preparation: Prepare a range of coffee and tea beverages to meet quality standards.
• Guest Engagement: Greet guests warmly and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Equipment Care: Maintain coffee machines and ensure cleanliness at the workstation.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Administrative Tasks: Manage inventory and maintain documentation of recipes.

What We Need From You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration or equivalent experience.
• 23 years in a similar role, preferably in an international luxury hotel chain.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is preferred.
• A collaborative and flexible attitude in a dynamic environment.
