Immediate hiring

• Manage transactions with customers using cash registers.
• Review and verify goods, ensuring accurate pricing.
• Process payments by cash or credit cards.
• Issue receipts, refunds, or change as necessary.
• Redeem coupons and gift vouchers.
• Monitor available stock of products and place orders for new items before depletion.
• Resolve customer complaints, providing necessary information and guidance.
• Track transactions in the budget and report any discrepancies.
• Follow up on return and exchange processes.

• Collect deposited envelopes from the Front Office safe, ensuring accuracy by checking and tallying items against the deposit sheet.
• Reconcile house fund daily and maintain the safe in a neat and organized manner.
• Work in conjunction with a designated Finance employee and Front Office Manager to open the Front Office safe each morning.
• Promptly report any missing envelopes to the Director of Finance or Financial Controller.
• List any discrepancies in the deposited items and update the over/short column accordingly.
• Liaise with the money exchange company for foreign currency transactions.
