As a crucial part of our Food and Beverage department, you will supervise the food preparation and presentation process, ensuring high quality items that conform to our set standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise food preparation and presentation to maintain quality standards.
- Perform tasks during rush hour, including greeting, taking food orders, and serving guests while coordinating with kitchen staff.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene policies and health regulations at all times.
- Handle customer complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor F&B costs, review budgets with the manager, and meet operational targets.
- Oversee restaurant operations including opening/closing procedures and liaising with the purchasing department.
- Manage and monitor performance of stewards and handle tips distribution.
- Control inventory and adjust procedures and prices as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Food and Beverage or Hospitality Management.
- 35 years of experience in F&B operations, with 12 years in a managerial role.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office.
