Join Our Team as a Sales Representative!
At DNA Recruitment, we are dedicated to connecting talent with opportunities in the healthcare industry. We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Sales Representative to promote and sell our high-quality medical consumer products across Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share through distributor channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, providing support and training to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with distributors to identify new business opportunities and growth areas.
  • Track sales metrics and provide feedback to optimize sales effectiveness.
  • Conduct market research to inform strategic decision-making and sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record in sales roles within the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience using CRM tools, Salesforce is an advantage.
