**Job Description**  


This is a full-time position based in the Riyadh area for a project sales specialist. The specialist will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include overseeing sales projects, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and closely coordinating with the production team to ensure project execution according to required specifications.  


**Key Responsibilities**  

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including architects, developers, and designers.  

- Manage the entire sales cycle, from generating opportunities to negotiating contracts and delivering the project.  

- Collaborate with the production team to ensure projects are executed according to customer specifications and timelines.  

- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.  

- Provide specialized consulting on marble and granite solutions tailored to customer needs.  

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.  


**Qualifications**  

- **At least 3 years of experience** in project sales, especially in the **marble and stone industry**, with a strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market.  

- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and project deadlines.  

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.  

- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.  

- In-depth knowledge of stone cutting and manufacturing and its applications in construction and design.  

- **Fluency in English** (both written and spoken) is essential, and proficiency in Arabic is a plus.  

- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.  

- Able to work independently and effectively within a team, with self-motivation and a focus on results.
