About the Role

Emdad By Elm is seeking a Heritage Guide to join their team in Riyadh, with work locations including Shaqra' and Riyadh. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are passionate about sharing the rich history and culture of heritage sites with visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and ensure they have a distinctive experience during their visit.
• Provide clear and engaging explanations about the history of the site, the heritage area, and its components.
• Organize and manage guided tours according to the approved schedule.
• Answer visitor inquiries and provide information professionally.
• Maintain organized visitor flow during tours.
• Adhere to safety instructions and approved procedures during visits.
• Participate in heritage and cultural activities and events at the center.
• Interact with diverse visitor groups courteously and respectfully.
• Report observations related to visitors and tours to the center supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to communicate historical and cultural information clearly and engagingly.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in the Riyadh region, with responsibilities extending to Shaqra'. The role involves direct interaction with the public in a dynamic heritage setting.
