Join our team as an exceptional beauty salon manager in Al-Malqa, Riyadh!
We are looking for a person with experience and leadership skills to organize and manage daily operations in the salon effectively. You will be responsible for:
  • Managing all daily operations to ensure work runs efficiently.
  • Supervising and organizing the work schedule of the team.
  • Monitoring and developing the performance of the staff to ensure high-quality service.
  • Managing the human resources department, including recruitment, attendance, and evaluations.
  • Managing inventory and orders to ensure supplies are available.
  • Providing the best customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in managing beauty salons.
  • High leadership and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of human resource systems and team management.
  • The ability to deal with clients and solve problems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
