Join NEC as a General Accountant!
We are excited to announce an opening for the position of General Accountant at our branch in Tabaq. This is a full-time position perfect for recent graduates looking to kickstart their careers in accounting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly financial reports for the branch (profit and loss statement, budget, expenses).
  • Regularly reconcile bank balances with accounting records.
  • Conduct periodic inventory counts for cash and stock (if any) and coordinate with the main administration.
  • TIMELY submit financial data to the head office.
  • Review purchase orders and expenses before financial approval.

Qualifications:
  • Membership in the Saudi Organization for Accountants.
  • Proficient in English (good level).
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Fresh graduates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.

The Role: Manage the day-to-day functions of the Accounting Department and present timely financial information to Management.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:
  • Maintain Balance Sheet reconciliation up-to-date for selected accounts.
  • Ensure books and records are concise and documented for transaction support.
  • Monitor efficiency in the Accounting Department and share findings with the Director of Finance.
  • Oversee monthly inventories and participate in inventory counts.
  • Perform monthly closing in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist in Internal Audits and perform necessary reconciliations.
  • Participate in forecasts, budgets, and CAPEX processes.
