Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement the project cost control system.
• Coordinate with the Cost Estimation Team.
• Review project documents and cost commitments.
• Generate cost status reports and advise management on forecasted overruns.
• Maintaining comprehensive cost control registers and dashboards.

Education and Experience:
Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Project Management, or related fields with 10 to 15+ years of experience, including at least 5 years in a relevant position within a large company.

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Analytical skills with the ability to process complex data.
• Experience in the KSA/GCC region is highly valued.
• Knowledge of cost management standards and various estimation methods.
