About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hospitality Manager to join our team at Initial Facilities Management in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and supervise soft service operations across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise soft service operations across multiple sites.
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and company standards.
  • Lead and develop soft service teams, ensuring strong performance and training.
  • Maintain excellent client relationships and handle service issues effectively.
  • Monitor budgets and support cost-saving initiatives without impacting quality.
  • Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and standards.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 58 years of soft services management experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
