In this role, you will assist in the daily activities of the Human Resource Office, focusing on recruitment, total compensation, and training and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support recruitment and hiring processes by interviewing candidates and establishing contacts with external recruitment sources.
  • Assist in administering employee benefits and reviewing unemployment claims.
  • Help manage employee development and ensure quality orientation programs are in place.
  • Maintain effective employee relations and communication channels within the property.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and safety policies.

Candidate Profile:
High school diploma or GED with 2 years of experience in human resources or management operations, or a 2-year degree in Human Resources or Business Administration without prior experience.
