Position Summary
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at The Red Sea Resort EDITION, you will work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional service to our guests. This role involves ensuring that all staff work together effectively to meet guest needs, maintaining the highest standards of grooming and attire, and completing essential duties such as setting up and cleaning, ensuring orderliness in storage areas, and monitoring dining areas for safety and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluation.
• Model and promote company policies and procedures.
• Ensure the dining area is well-maintained and organized.
• Interact with guests in a professional manner, anticipating and addressing their service needs.
• Follow safety and security policies, reporting any concerns to management.
• Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant environment and equipment.
• Pursue continuous improvement in service quality, efficiency, and overall guest satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
• No specific licenses or certifications required.
