Job Responsibilities:
  • Supervise cost engineering activities, ensuring projects meet their financial objectives.
  • Prepare detailed staffing plans and cost estimates.
  • Review project proposals and develop data for contract negotiations.
  • Conduct personnel performance reviews and oversee training programs.
  • Prepare cost trend estimates and conduct productivity analysis of construction operations.
  • Define project needs for cost control and ensure activities are performed timely and effectively.

Education and Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, alongside a minimum of 15 years of professional experience in project controls focusing on cost estimating.

Required Skills:
  • Expertise in performing and monitoring cost engineering functions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities with minimal supervision.
  • In-depth knowledge of engineering and construction management processes.
