• Prepare cost trend estimates and conduct productivity analysis of construction operations.

Education and Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, alongside a minimum of 15 years of professional experience in project controls focusing on cost estimating.

Required Skills:

• Expertise in performing and monitoring cost engineering functions.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities with minimal supervision.

• Reviewing contractor estimates.
• Producing reports as needed.

Major Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review service and capital cost estimates.
• Establish pricing structures and participate in value engineering.
• Support the development of estimating standards.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field with 10 years of relevant professional experience in project controls and estimating.
