Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of marina projects from inception through to completion.
- Develop comprehensive project plans detailing scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Handle project documentation, including contracts, reports, and change orders.
- Manage the allocation of resources and staff effectively.
- Address project risks and issues, implementing solutions as necessary.
- Regularly communicate progress and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Marine Operations, or a related field.
- Proven experience working in Marina construction / field as Marina Engineering, Coastal Engineering, Harbor Engineering, etc.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, preferably in marina or marine infrastructure and construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction practices and project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage resources and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of marine regulations and standards.
