This includes overseeing construction, upgrades, maintenance, and general operations of marina facilities. Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of marina projects from inception through to completion.
• Develop comprehensive project plans detailing scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Handle project documentation, including contracts, reports, and change orders.
• Manage the allocation of resources and staff effectively.
• Address project risks and issues, implementing solutions as necessary.
• Regularly communicate progress and updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Marine Operations, or a related field.
• Proven experience working in Marina construction / field as Marina Engineering, Coastal Engineering, Harbor Engineering, etc.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, preferably in marina or marine infrastructure and construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction practices and project management methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage resources and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of marine regulations and standards.
