The role aims to ensure the highest standards of food quality and safety by monitoring all stages of production, starting from receiving raw materials to delivering final products. The ideal candidate will contribute to improving production processes, reducing errors and defects, while strictly adhering to local and international health regulations and standards.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
The role aims to ensure the highest standards of food quality and safety by monitoring all stages of production, starting from receiving raw materials to delivering final products. Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitoring the quality of raw materials and ensuring they meet the approved food specifications.
- Following production processes to ensure compliance with food quality and safety standards.
- Conducting periodic inspections of products at various stages of manufacturing.
- Analyzing defects and providing accurate reports to management with plans for improving production quality.
- Ensuring the application of food standards such as ISO 22000, HACCP, and GMP.
