Responsibilities:

Participate in the Implementation of the National Aviation Program.
Manage day-to-day airport operations and security functions.
Conduct risk assessment and mitigation.
Lead and manage the operations team ensuring high performance, efficiency, and productivity.
Develop security strategies for 247 airport security coverage.
Coordinate operational challenges and respond to incidents.
Administer division budgets and develop airport security policies.
Investigate operations concerns and complaints.
Prepare operational reports, performance metrics, and incident analysis.
Maintain records of incidents involving customers, staff, and equipment.

Requirements:

Saudi National.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
7+ years of extensive experience in aviation security or airport operations.
3+ years in a supervisory role.
Proficient in MS Office products.
Strong knowledge of airport security programs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High confidentiality and discretion maintained in all activities.
Excellent written and verbal English skills.
Proven leadership and decision-making capabilities.

About the Role

Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in a Safety Manager role. Preferably experience in landscape construction projects or similar outdoor construction environments.
Strong knowledge of construction safety standards, procedures, and risk assessment methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in safety management systems and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in implementing safety practices in projects involving sustainable landscaping or environmentally sensitive areas. Familiarity with landscaping machinery and equipment safety standards.
