We're Hiring: Storekeeper | SAP MM Experience Required
We're looking for someone organized, reliable, and experienced in working with SAP ERP systems (Material Management module).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods; label and store materials efficiently; maintain accurate inventory records (manual & SAP); conduct regular stock checks and reconciliations.
  • Stock Control: Issue materials to departments as per requests; monitor stock levels and notify on shortages or excess; apply FIFO or other inventory control methods.
  • Warehouse Organization: Ensure proper storage conditions and locations; keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized; optimize space for efficiency and accessibility.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Record all stock movements in SAP; prepare inventory and discrepancy reports; support internal audits and compliance efforts.
  • Safety and Equipment Handling: Follow warehouse safety protocols; report equipment issues and hazards promptly.
  • Communication & Coordination: Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams; ensure smooth flow of materials and information.

Requirements:
  • Experience with SAP ERP (Material Management module)
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email)
  • Proficiency in English (spoken & written)
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
  • Prior experience in warehouse/storekeeping preferred
