Required Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a supervisory or managerial role within large-scale construction or development projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management practices.
  • Experience working in high-profile, international, or innovative development projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with sustainability practices and the latest trends in smart city technologies is a plus.
