As a Valet Parker, you will be responsible for providing efficient and professional valet parking services to our guests, ensuring a positive and convenient experience. Your tasks will include:
  • Greeting guests upon their arrival, providing parking tickets, and parking vehicles promptly.
  • Delivering guest-requested cars within a maximum of 5 minutes.
  • Maintaining knowledge of hotel services and responding to guest inquiries effectively.
  • Conducting handovers at the beginning of each shift to stay informed.
  • Performing control tours at the entrance to ensure cleanliness and order.
  • Addressing and forwarding guest complaints to superiors.
  • Managing and safeguarding guest car keys, maintaining accurate records.
  • Fostering positive public relations and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Cooperating with clients and colleagues, offering assistance as needed.
  • Adhering to local driving regulations and safety standards at all times.
  • Maintaining company policies regarding environmental health and safety.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and present cost engineering products with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
