- Maintaining knowledge of hotel services and responding to guest inquiries effectively.
- Conducting handovers at the beginning of each shift to stay informed.
- Performing control tours at the entrance to ensure cleanliness and order.
- Addressing and forwarding guest complaints to superiors.
- Managing and safeguarding guest car keys, maintaining accurate records.
- Fostering positive public relations and exceeding guest expectations.
- Cooperating with clients and colleagues, offering assistance as needed.
- Adhering to local driving regulations and safety standards at all times.
- Maintaining company policies regarding environmental health and safety.
