The Role: Swarovski Fashion Consultant

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Swarovski Fashion Consultant for its Jawry Mall location in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, covering the cities of Taif and Makkah. This full-time role requires 0-1 years of experience. The Fashion Consultant is responsible for achieving individual and overall sales targets while providing a professional guest experience. This role also involves supporting customer relationship management, customer experience initiatives, and other key customer and in-store employee initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect data on customer behavior, best-selling, and least-selling products to inform business reviews.
• Enhance customer relationships through a comprehensive, multi-channel approach.
• Provide product feedback and information to customers before purchase.
• Improve employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) through employee initiatives, culture, and experiences.
• Ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure the online purchase and in-store pickup process is conducted according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure customer data is collected as per marketing team requirements.
• Promote the customer loyalty program (MUSE) and stay informed about app offers.
• Support in-store marketing events.
• Stay updated on all brand activities, campaigns, and social media.
• Drive in-store sales.
• Support in-store customer experience initiatives.
• Provide feedback on effective and ineffective in-store practices.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience in sales or customer service with luxury retail brands is preferred.
