Are you ready to reshape the airline industry’s digital landscape? As the E-commerce Senior Manager at flyadeal, you will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing the traveler’s digital experience through technology interventions and automation. Your efforts will directly contribute to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the overall Product Roadmap and Strategy.
  • Monitor the performance of all Direct booking channel systems ensuring optimal performance and availability.
  • Oversee team managing relationships and contracting with vendors for digital solutions and e-commerce products.
  • Ensure all system settings are updated to support operational and commercial objectives.
  • Benchmark digital services offerings against key competitors to identify strengths and opportunities.
  • Support project timelines for implementing new products and services.
  • Optimize return on investment on travel services and propose adjustments to contracted terms.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans surrounding flyadeal’s future merchandising and retailing platform strategy.
  • Continuously build A/B experiments onsite to enhance user experience.
  • Serve as an escalation point for elevated customer service issues.
  • Prepare business cases and impact analysis for new digital travel services.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field; Master’s preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in the airline industry in e-commerce/product management.
  • Experience with core airline reservation systems; Navitaire PSS solution knowledge.
  • Fluent in information technology and commercial applications.
  • Working experience within the Middle Eastern market.
  • Advanced knowledge of e-commerce products like CMS and mobile apps.
  • Project management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential.
