Join Our Team as a Front Office Manager!

As a Front Office Manager, you will be at the forefront of creating exceptional first impressions by managing various aspects of front office operations including registration, reservations, porter, and concierge services.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include:
• Managing and coaching your front office team to ensure guests receive warm welcomes and memorable experiences.
• Engaging with guests to build personal relationships and address any complaints effectively.
• Conducting regular inspections of the front office to maintain the highest standards of service.
• Assisting in budget preparation and exploring new strategies to increase revenue through walk-ins and up-sales.
• Training team members on PBX procedures and leading during emergencies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hotel Management or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Front Office/Guest Service, including management roles.
• Proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.
