About the Role

Rawabi Vallianz Offshore Services is seeking a Motor Rewinder to join their team in Tanumah. This full-time position involves performing diagnostic testing, overhauling, and rewinding marine electric motors and electrical machinery. The role is based at an onshore workshop and supports fleet operations.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the operational readiness and reliability of marine electric motors and electrical machinery. This is achieved through skilled diagnostic work, comprehensive overhauls, and precise rewinding processes conducted at the onshore facility to support the company's fleet.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, overhaul, and rewind AC/DC marine electric motors, stators, and generators.
• Collect coil data, interpret electrical schematics, and execute precision winding and insulation procedures.
• Disassemble, balance, repair, and bench-test electrical equipment before dispatch to vessels.
• Maintain complete repair documentation, prepare quality test reports, and adhere to workshop safety standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in motor rewinding and electrical machinery maintenance.

Work Environment

This position is based at an onshore workshop in Tanumah, supporting the operational needs of the marine fleet. It is a full-time role within Rawabi Vallianz Offshore Services.
