Role Overview

Raffles Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Guest Laundry Supervisor for its full-time operations in Umluj, Tabuk. This role involves overseeing all aspects of laundry, dry cleaning, and valet services to ensure exceptional quality and guest satisfaction within a luxury resort environment. Positioned within the Kingdom's groundbreaking Red Sea Project, Raffles & Fairmont the Red Sea will offer visitors access to a nature-focused resort experience. The property features 361 rooms, eleven distinct dining concepts including an overwater restaurant, and a Spa. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance and inspection of all processed items to ensure cleanliness, damage-free condition, and proper pressing before delivery.
• Supervise daily laundry, dry cleaning, and valet activities, including organizing work schedules and conducting daily briefings to align the team with guest priorities and VIP requirements.
• Ensure meticulous adherence to specific guest instructions, such as light starch, particular folding techniques, or urgent service timelines.
• Manage financial and administrative controls by accurately recording guest charges in the Opera Property Management System, overseeing inventory for chemicals and supplies, and assisting with departmental performance reports.
• Perform safety and maintenance checks on laundry machinery (*, filters, press covers) for defects and ensure staff safely and properly use all equipment and cleaning chemicals.
• Lead team development by training staff in LQA (Luxury Quality Assessment) standards and mentoring the team on high-end textile care and spotting procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury laundry operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Pre-opening experience is a critical requirement for this specific location.
• Post-secondary education or a degree in Hospitality/Business Administration is preferred.
