• Educate customers on the coffee drink menu and answer any questions.
• Demonstrate coffee equipment operation and prepare drinks following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques.
• Maintain inventory levels, replenishing supplies as needed.
• Ensure equipment is operating correctly and perform routine maintenance.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards.

• Demonstrate the operation of coffee brewing equipment to customers.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Proficient in Espresso Machine Operation and Latte Art.
• Strong Customer Service skills and Cash Handling experience.
• Familiarity with POS System Navigation.
• Time Management abilities and attention to Cleaning and Maintenance.
• Experience in Inventory Management.
