As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by developing tailored sales strategies informed by comprehensive market analysis. This is a fantastic opportunity to engage in proactive prospecting to expand our client base while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Strategy Development and Analysis: Create a sales strategy focused on leisure and groups market segments.
  • Sales Execution and Communication: Solicit new business opportunities and demonstrate professional presentation skills at various events.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate reports and details within appropriate software applications.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Nurture existing relationships to ensure repeat business while providing excellent customer service.
  • Operations and Compliance: Supervise compliance with hotel protocols and assist with assigned tasks.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of three years of hotel sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and relevant hotel management systems.
  • Strong customer service capabilities.
