Role Overview

The Assistant Guest Relations Manager will join the Rooms Division team at Rosewood Red Sea in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting the Guest Relations Manager and Front Service leadership to deliver personalized guest experiences aligned with Rosewood's Relationship Hospitality philosophy. The position requires 2-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily leadership and performance of the Guest Relations team, including Agents, Supervisors, and Lobby Hosts.
• Oversee experiences for VIPs, repeat guests, long-stay guests, and special attention guests, ensuring seamless delivery of preparations, amenities, and personalized arrangements.
• Lead service recovery efforts, resolving guest concerns professionally and ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to ensure service delivery meets Rosewood, Forbes Travel Guide, and LQA standards.
• Collaborate with Concierge, Butler, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Front Office teams to curate personalized guest experiences and special occasions.
• Champion guest recognition, personalization initiatives, and effective use of guest experience systems to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Required Qualifications

• Experience leading Guest Relations, Front Office, or luxury hospitality operations within a high-end hotel or resort environment.
• Demonstrated passion for creating personalized guest experiences and exceeding luxury service expectations.
• Experience supporting VIP guest journeys, guest recognition programs, and service recovery processes.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

This role operates within the Rooms Division team at Rosewood Red Sea, working closely with various departments to ensure high standards of luxury service are maintained throughout the guest journey.
