The Role of Clinical Psychiatrist

MantraCare is seeking a Clinical Psychiatrist to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This is a part-time, remote position focused on providing high-quality mental health care within the company’s AI-supported ecosystem. The role offers clinicians an opportunity to practice in a technology-enabled environment that prioritizes patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations.
• Provide ongoing medication management for patients.
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans for diverse patient populations.
• Deliver telepsychiatry sessions as part of the care model.
• Collaborate with therapists, coaches, and other clinicians to ensure integrated care.
• Coordinate care for patients presenting with comorbid conditions, including depression, anxiety, and chronic illnesses.
• Document all clinical encounters accurately within a digital platform.
• Review AI-generated insights to inform clinical decisions.
• Utilize data to guide clinical decisions and contribute to improved patient outcomes.
• Participate in case discussions with the clinical team.
• Adhere strictly to ethical and regulatory standards in all aspects of practice.
• Contribute to fostering a supportive and inclusive care environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a Clinical Psychiatrist.
• Relevant medical degree and licensure to practice psychiatry.
• Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality mental health care.
• Experience with telepsychiatry is beneficial.
