About the Role: Digital Services Specialist

Oxford University Press is seeking a Digital Services Specialist for Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting customers across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in their use of Oxford University Press digital products and platforms. As part of the Global Customer Support team, the specialist will assist teachers, administrators, and students with various aspects of digital learning solutions, including purchasing, registration, access, and daily usage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to customers using Oxford University Press digital products and platforms.
  • Deliver product training to ensure customers achieve maximum value from digital offerings.
  • Resolve technical and user-related issues efficiently.
  • Offer guidance on the effective use of digital learning platforms.
  • Develop customer-facing support materials, including user guides, tutorials, and training resources in both English and Arabic.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and regional Educational Consultant teams to enhance customer satisfaction, product adoption, and long-term engagement.
