Job Summary

Hilton is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of building and systems maintenance and repairs. This full-time role is based in Saudi Arabia and involves ensuring the physical building and its systems are maintained to high standards, contributing to a positive guest experience.

Role and Responsibilities

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for leading the maintenance team and ensuring all facility systems are operational and compliant. Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising and developing maintenance team members through training, scheduling, and providing guidance to ensure quality work.
• Supporting the maintenance of the physical building, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and life safety systems, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations.
• Assigning and overseeing daily maintenance tasks, with thorough documentation in the property management system.
• Supervising external contractors and inspecting completed work for quality and compliance standards.
• Ensuring prompt and efficient responses to maintenance requests, guest concerns, and emergency situations.
• Conducting scheduled and ad hoc maintenance, including planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and service requests, to keep hotel fixtures and fittings in safe condition.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant maintenance supervision role. The role requires a strong understanding of building systems and maintenance operations.
